Christ the King Church & School

Details: This addition included a brick, glass and EIFS exterior to match the existing school and church. The addition to the elementary school included offices, library, individual classrooms, art and music rooms. Also, in this addition is a full day care facility with outside playground and a free medical clinic. One of the most anticipated parts of the addition was the new fellowship hall, which can accommodate up to 500 people and has a full kitchen facility.

12/01/2006 From the client: "I appreciate your willingness to coordinate with the subcontractors and suppliers that we chose; working with and around some o our own employees on the jobsite; having the shop and office builing enclosed prior to winter and making adjustments in the field when we desired changes or additions to the original scope of work."
Details: This project was a 155' x 80', 5-bay maintenance shop and 3,200 sf office building.
