Details: This project was a significant addition and remodel project which added parking for an additional 56 stalls, a grand new entrance, a large and inviting gathering space and larger more flexible space.
This began with the complete demolition and removal of the existing education wing constructed in the 1960's and the complete demolition and removal of an adjacent residential property owned by the church. The congregation continued to worship and to conduct business and ministries throughout the renovation which created some unique construction challenges. Venter Spooner worked very closely with the staff and congregation to creatively coordinate all construction efforts with the church's priorities and needs.
